RN Telemetry

• Department: Telemetry Nursing Unit
• Shift Timings: 17:00-05:30 Hours 3 days of 12-hour shift (Monday-Friday)
• Per Week: 36 Hours
• Night Shift Telemetry Unit 1700--0530 shift Three 12 hr. shifts. Open to Four 12 hr shifts upon request Every other weekend Holiday rotation May float to Med/Surg Unit
• Every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage required.
• Experience: 2 Years Required

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• ssess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
