Description: Float throughout the hospital to all Med/Surg Tele areas. Responsible for cardiac monitoring and managing cardiac drips. Experience in reading telemetry strips is required. Telemetry monitoring includes measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours. Must have TR Band experience. Clinician to patient ratio: Days & Eves up to 5:1, Nights up to 6:1. Care for emergency department border patients and provide medication nursing in the acute mental health unit. Care for non-vented patients who are transfer ready in the ICU. ...
