Duties Include for RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) :


+ Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

+ Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate

+ Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees.

+ Maintains a safe and clean working environment

+ Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.

+ Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team


RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) Requirements/Qualifications:


+ Must hold a current RN license in the state of NJ

+ LTC experience preferred

+ Basic computer skills

+ Excellent communication skills
