Chase Memorial is seeking dedicated and experienced RN Supervisors to join our leadership team across multiple shifts. These roles provide clinical leadership, ensure efficient daily operations, and support high-quality resident care in our long-term care community.

Position Details-

Day Shift RN Supervisor


+ $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

+ Full-time: 80 hours per pay period

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

+ On-call rotation required


Overnight Shift RN Supervisor


+ $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

+ Full-time: 80 hours per pay period

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30AM

+ On-call rotation required


Weekend Only RN Supervisor


+ $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
