**Position Purpose**

The Nurse Supervisor is a designated clinical leader responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing patient care operations within the Acute Cardiac Unit. Working in collaboration with the Department Director, this role ensures high-quality, safe, and efficient care delivery while promoting staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and service excellence in alignment with Trinity Health’s Mission and values.

**What You Will Do**

+ Full-time 36-Hour Night position
+ Provides clinical and operational leadership for the Acute Cardiac IMC Unit during assigned shift
