RN Sepsis Coordinator

Position OverviewUnited Health Services is seeking a Sepsis Coordinator to lead the growth, development, and ongoing success of our system-wide Sepsis Program. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on improving outcomes for a complex patient population through collaboration, clinical expertise, and performance improvement.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Emergency Department teams and interdisciplinary leaders to drive evidence-based sepsis care across the continuum. You’ll influence practice, coach clinical teams, and lead strategic initiatives that ensure high-quality, efficient, and coordinated care delivery for sepsis patients across UHS.
