**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for serving in a lead capacity by assisting with supervision of clinical staff; for providing leadership and orientation to clinical personnel; and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients. Serve as a role model, leader, consultant, collaborator, educator, and clinician within a specialty area.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Nursing required.
+ Five (5) years clinical RN experience required.
