Preferred Skills

+ Minimum of a BSN required, Masters preferred
+ Educator experience a plus (Formal experience, Clinical Coach, “Boots on the Ground”, Unit champion, and/or a passion for education)
+ Operational experience a plus (project management, gap analysis, implementation, ROI, utilization, etc.)
+ Solid foundation in acute care clinical setting – minimum of two years recent experience in the setting.
+ Regional mindset - will support multiple ministries with their onboarding and clinical needs
+ Standardization of onboarding curriculum and processes to align with the organizations resources and evidence-based practices
+ Comfortable supporting the planning, curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and change management of new onboarding programs and processes
