Job Description: For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hours. Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the managers will not review it. Be sure this is added to the application prior to submitting in order to avoid delay. Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered. Targeted patient ratios are 1:4-6. Unit participates/may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients.
