As the Palliative Care Manager, you provide expert palliative care support to patients and families while strengthening primary palliative care capabilities across clinical teams. You improve quality of life for patients with serious illness by leading advanced communication and goals-of-care discussions, supporting symptom management, coordinating care, and collaborating across interdisciplinary teams.
