Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

This is a 13-week contract position.

4x10 Days (08:30 - 19:00) with variability to 07:30 - 18:00 if needed. Night and weekend shifts are required as part of on-call duties: 1-2 weekend/holiday shifts per month.

The Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy department will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in endoscopic procedures. This role requires proficiency in administering conscious sedation, with certification highly preferred, and involves floating between intake, sedation, and post-procedure areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Endoscopy department.
• Administer and monitor conscious sedations during procedures.
• Assist physicians with endoscopic procedures.
• Comply with protocols for patient intake, monitoring, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic charting system.
