Experience: Minimum of 24 months PACU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months

License: Active state license to practice verified in the last 30 days

Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)

Must-Have:

• Life support certifications from approved vendors
• No hits on state license to practice
• Driver's license to verify residency
• Ability to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days and no RTO during the first week of assignment
