RN- Observation - Full-Time 7 pm -7:30 am Weekend Option; 72 hours per pay

+ Schedule: Full-Time; 7 pm - 7:30 am; Weekend hours are defined as 3:00 PM Friday through 7:00 AM Monday. The 3rd day will be based on the needs of the department. All qualified hours on the weekend are eligible for a $15/hour weekend premium

+ Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
+ Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
+ Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
+ Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
