Are you a new RN looking for support in your first year of nursing? ChildServe’s RN Nurse Residency program is a great way to build confidence in both your clinical and professional skills. In addition to the residency experience, you’ll work full time within one of our inpatient settings,Pediatric/Adolescent Complex Medical units, Pediatirc Rehabilitation unit, or our Medical Group Home.

Program Overview
+ Online lectures and discussions through University of Iowa’s nurse residency program

+ Months 1 – 6: focus on communication, responsibilities of a professional nurse and decision making at the point of care.
