Position Overview

Bayshore HealthCare, a leading Canadian provider of home and community health care services, is seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to join our team. The role involves delivering exceptional nursing care, ensuring clients are treated with respect, dignity, and kindness.

Responsibilities

You will use your clinical judgment and skills to ensure clients receive the highest quality care they need and deserve.

Clients will be seen in the Chatham‑Kent, Windsor‑Essex, and surrounding areas, with virtual visits as needed.

Requirements

• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Certification as NSWOC / Enterostomal Therapist
• Debridement Certification
• Advanced wound care expertise
