**Patient Population: ** Micro preemies to Full Term Infants (22 weeks to term gestation)
**Patient Ratios:** 1:1-3
**Number of Beds:** 63 beds
**Department Specifics:** Neonatologist and NNP in-house 24/7, Multidisciplinary Team Approach, Multidisciplinary Respiratory Modalities, Daily Multidisciplinary Patient Care Rounds, Electronic Self-Scheduling, No Float to Adult Care, Active Unit Based Council, NICU Parent Advocacy Group
**Shift:** FT Nights; 7pm-7am
