Job Summary: In accordance with the organization’s mission, vision and values, the RN is responsible for supporting the LPN’s with the general medical administrative & programmatic oversight of all clients as it relates to medical compliance. The following duties will apply:

+ Assures that all clients’ medical files are in compliance with Agency and regulatory policies, practices and procedures, by reviewing all recovery care plans and ensures that documentation is complete.

+ Provide direction, supervision and assistance to LPN’s and program staff where there are medical concerns; including on call support where necessary.

+ Responds appropriately to crisis and emergency situations in order to ensure/secure the health and safety of the clients. ...
