Med/Surg Tele RN - Night Shift

Location: Cleveland, OH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in telemetry nursing, demonstrating excellent clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and outcomes.
