Cancellation policy: if agency personnel either cancels within four hours of scheduled shift or fails to report for his or her shift, company shall credit participant for two hours of pay at the base rate for the particular agency personnel category on the next invoice. If an assignment for agency is canceled without cause during an assignment, with at least one week's notice, participant will not be subject to a penalty.
