RN - ICU

12 hour shifts. Rotate typically every 2 weeks. Every other weekend and holiday. Can do 36 or 48 (OT billed after 48) hour guarantees. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Management of 1-2 critically ill patients, management of varying patient populations including critically ill medical, and surgical patients with an emphasis on renal and bone marrow transplant as well as oncology patients. Ability to manage vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, inotropics, antiarrhythmics, and other titratable drips. Ability to assist with bedside procedures including RSI, Tracheostomy, line placement, other diagnostic tests. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
