RN Home Health - Moline, IL - Local or Traveler, We need someone licensed in both IA and IL as they are right on the border
13 weeks,
Mon - Fri, 8am -5pm, 40 hours per week
No holidays, no weekends, no on-call
Covering Quad City area on both IA and IL (Rock Island IL, Moline IL, Davenport IA, Bettendorf IA; outlying areas)
28-30units/40hrs per week
Home health required
HCHB highly desired
36 hours guaranteed
Must have prior HH experience, Oasis, and HCHB or training before start required

Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required

Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
