Suncoast Hospice , a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated RN Case Manager to work with us in Pinellas County while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with occasional weekend day, 1 summer and 1 winter holiday requirement. Coverage territory Pinellas county working in both home/facility team.
