  • Is an expert in the provision of professional nursing care at McDonough District Hospital. The Emergency Department RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the professional nursing care of the patient populations served within the Emergency Department. Provides, arranges, teaches and supervises nursing care within the department. Performs and carries out treatment, diagnostic and preventative procedures as ordered by the patient's physician. Performs other assignments as required.
