Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission

24 months minimum of current Emergency Room experience - REQUIRED

Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED

No License Hits - REQUIRED

It will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Cannot exceed 7 days.

Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
