As a Resthaven RN Coordinator Community Services, you'll experience the satisfaction of supporting your Registered nurses, Community Coordinators and Home support workers team to deliver the best care possible to older people.

Your manager will take the time to get to know you and understand how you like to be supported as you take on this challenging role, which incorporates an on-call roster. With their guidance and support, you'll feel confident in undertaking assessments and applying your Comprehensive clinical knowledge of aged care programs and services. Resthaven currently has a contract opportunity at our Western Community Services office, located at Woodville.
