The 1E Med-Surg/Observation Unit at St. Anthony Hospital, one of our proud Magnet® designated hospitals, is a 22-bed department with a volume of more than 300 patients a month (usually 300 to 310). This unit is a new concept unit with a combination of both observation (14 beds) status and inpatient status (8 beds) patients.
