RN Care Manager

Hourly Pay Range:

$40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: RN Care Manager
• Location: Evanston, IL
• Full Time: 40 hours/week
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p, rotating every 4-6 weeks
• One major winter and summer holiday coverage required

What you will need:

• Bachelors Degree Nursing Required Or
• Masters Degree Nursing Preferred
• 2 Years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or hospital setting.
• Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois. Required And
• Certified Case Manager (CCM?) - Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) Certification in Case Management (CCM) or related field ...
