Summary: To work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to support patients with chronic conditions and/or complex needs according to guidelines established.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (AR or multi-state license including AR), required.
• CPR certification, required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab.
• 3-4 years’ experience preferred.
• Ambulatory and/or care management experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license in good standing and reliable, insured transportation.
