RN - Admit/ Discharge

Overview
This RN will assist with admission and discharges on all patient units as needed. RN will float to different units based on discharge/ admission needs. Need will be determined by the house supervisor on unit where RN will be deployed.
Qualifications
Certifications: Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA), Education: H.S. Diploma/GED, Work Experience:

Performs all essential job functions of Registered Nurse (RN) . Initiates, creates, and maintains a collaborative practice with various physician groups and other units to address patient care issues and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
