Hybrid Role (Two days per week in the Pune Office/3 days remote)

Work Shift: 6:30PM-3:30AM IST 
The RMO Resource Manager Lead provides strategic oversight of enterprise-wide resource allocation, supervises Resource Managers, and ensures efficient workforce planning aligned to organizational priorities. This role partners closely with PMO, Delivery, Sales, and Services leadership, drives continuous improvement in resource management processes, and escalates critical resourcing challenges to senior leadership.
Key Duties & Responsibilities  
Lead and supervise RMO Resource Managers, including performance management, hiring recommendations, and professional development.

Oversee allocation of PMO Project Managers and Delivery resources to ensure balanced workloads across projects.
