The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our RMO Workforce Operations team. This role will lead and support key projects that strengthen operational systems, improve processes, and enhance the experience of RMOs across Aucklands three district hospitals.
Working as part of the regional Workforce Operations team, youll combine your project management skills with a hands-on understanding of operational delivery; ensuring recruitment, rostering, allocation, and daily workforce processes are well supported, consistent, and future-focused.
