RMA Engineer (Semiconductor)

Our client is a Semiconductor testing services to Major Semicon related MNCs. Our client is also one of the Top Ten Semiconductor in globally.

• Working experience in analyzing LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM, 1x, EVDO, UMTS modes issues, Apps processor’s Camera, Audio, Video encoding and graphics validations issues, Hardware verifications on CPU, GPU, Memory, RAM, DDR, L1, L2, Cache, cross functional groups including design, marketing, product test engineering and supply chain.
• Experience in semiconductor assembly, SMT and packaging associated issue, understanding the relevant mechanical test parameters.
• Support of RMA evaluation requests issued by company’s customers. Defect correlation will be achieved via system and device level evaluation techniques utilizing a variety of fault isolation and debug tools ...
