RM Shift in Charge

To lead and oversee raw material warehouse internal & 3rd party operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and supply of materials to production. This role supports efficient inventory management, maintains compliance with safety and quality standards (AIB, GEHSMS, EHS, QFS, GMP standards), and supervises warehouse staff to meet operational goals.

• Lead shift operations for receiving, issuing, and storing raw & packaging materials.
• Ensure all transactions/GRN are accurately recorded in the SAP & WMS systems.
• Verify material availability for upcoming production shifts.
• Ensure FEFO implementation and 100% compliance for all Raw & Packaging materials.
• Ensure proper segregation and storage of materials (, allergens, non-allergens & temperature-sensitive materials).
