Rituals Artisan – Role Overview

Responsible for engaging guests in a variety of global spa rituals, performing treatments, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while supporting the Rituals Program. Reports directly to the Rituals Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the creation of new rituals and integrate treatments from all over the world into the spa experience.
• Provide impeccable customer service in accordance with brand standards.
• Perform daily rituals and treatments for guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
• Engage in continuous training and development.
• Follow daily processes and rituals.
• Participate in organized events, seminars, and workshops at the spa.
• Assist with opening and closing activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety of premises.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
