Risk Mitigation Analyst Team Lead - (Risk Mitigation Unit)
The Risk Mitigation Unit Lead takes over where analysis ends, and action begins in the Entity Vetting lifecycle. You lead the team responsible for negotiating, implementing, and monitoring the legal agreements (e.g., SSAs, Proxy Agreements) that allow companies with foreign investment to hold facility clearances. - Strategy Development: Oversee the drafting of Risk Management Strategies (RMS) and FOCI Action Plans for ~4,000 cases annually.
