Risk Control Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Risk Control Assistant to support our sales and finance teams by closely monitoring payment collections and managing customer payment risks.

This role is critical to ensuring that sold units are followed up with timely and complete payments, and that any risks are identified early and escalated properly.



Key Responsibilities

-Monitor customer payment schedules and outstanding balances on a daily basis

-Track overdue payments and identify high-risk accounts

-Prepare clear payment status reports for Managers

-Follow up with clients regarding delayed or missed payments, when required

-Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve payment issues

-Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly



Requirements

-Strong computer skills (Excel / spreadsheets / basic systems usage is a must)
