We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager. This is not a box‑ticking role; R&C in Vipps MobilePay is an independent control function that is involved early in challenging and assisting teams in reaching their objectives in a sound and safe manner. We have a clear impact on our products and services.

The Role

We are a Nordic fintech R&C team building a world‑class, risk‑based, AI‑native function with real influence on products, processes, controls, and decisions. The work spans topics like systems, suppliers, outsourcing, payments, login, loyalty, marketing, data, AI, security, privacy, and a stream of new initiatives. You will turn risk, regulation and judgment into actionable advice and controls in products reaching millions.
