Risk and Compliance Manager

Wests Group Macarthur is a leading hospitality group operating multiple venues across the Macarthur region. With a strong focus on integrity, customer experience and community, we are seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to lead our compliance, risk management, governance and regulatory frameworks across the Group.

This is a critical leadership role partnering closely with the Executive team, Managers and frontline teams to ensure regulatory excellence, strengthen risk capability, and support strong operational outcomes.

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for overseeing all compliance, risk and governance functions across the Group.
