Job Introduction
What you’ll do
As a Risk and Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening Notting Hill Genesis’ risk management and assurance arrangements. Working within our Enterprise Risk Management Team, you will provide independent oversight and constructive challenge to ensure risks, controls and governance processes are effectively managed across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders to support risk identification, maintain risk registers, undertake assurance reviews, monitor internal audit actions and provide insightful reporting that enables informed decision-making. 
How you’ll do it
Support business areas in identifying, assessing and managing risks in line with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Provide guidance and challenge to managers on risk assessments, controls and mitigation plans.
