12+ years (5 years as Rig Manager on 2000+ HP high-spec rigs) Responsible for complete rig operations on 2000+ HP rigs. Manages crew performance, maintenance coordination, operational safety, and execution of unconventional drilling programs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 2000–3000 HP high-spec AC drilling rig experience mandatory

 Proven experience in unconventional/horizontal / pad drilling

 Strong Top Drive System (TDS) operational experience

 Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control certification (Driller & above mandatory)

 Strong well control knowledge and safety compliance record

 GCC experience mandatory

 Rotation: 35 Days On / 35 Days Off (Equal Pay Structure)
