We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rider Operations department, managing a team dedicated to supporting our growing Rider Fleet. This team is essential to ensuring our riders have everything they need to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Communications: Create, design, and write outbound communications to riders using channels such as email, push notifications, and our internal website.
Intel Gathering and Reporting: Develop and manage rider intel gathering processes, including surveys and focus groups, to share insights on industry trends and rider pain points.
Rider Engagement: Plan and execute creative rider engagement events while managing the Rider Engagement budget for Kuwait.
Project Collaboration: Work with local and central teams to launch new projects.
