RFQ / Sales Engineer (Valve industry)

About the role

ValveIQ AI is an AI-powered tool that automates RFQ spec review for valve and fitting suppliers in the GCC oil and gas supply chain. The demo is live and we are looking for an experienced valve industry professional to help us validate and tune the output against real documents.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-extracted technical parameters against source datasheets
• Identify edge cases, missed compliance notes, and misread specifications
• Provide structured feedback on output quality
• 3–5 hours per week, fully remote

Requirements

• Background in valve or fitting estimation, technical sales, or procurement
• Hands-on experience processing RFQ packages in the oil and gas sector
• Working knowledge of API 6D, ASME B16.34, or NACE MR0175
