RFQ: Greenhouse Pad Preparation

Description

The Conklin Resource Development Advisory Committee (“CRDAC”) is requesting a quote from a qualified contractor/company (the “Contractor”, herein) to complete topsoil removal and stockpile, and gravel pad construction for a pre‑manufactured Greenhouse.

Expectations

• Topsoil removal and stockpile and gravel pad installation for a pre‑manufactured Greenhouse located on 125 Jack Pine Place northwest of the existing detached garage. See Figure 1.
• Topsoil, up to a depth of 300 mm, must be removed from the gravel pad area and stockpiled on site. The area must be excavated down to clay prior to gravel pad construction. See Figure 1 for the gravel pad area and stockpile location.
• Includes all removal and stockpiling costs for topsoil.
