RFP Writer – Capital Group

The RFP Writer is part of the RFP team within Capital Group’s Global Client Services (GCS) organization. This role contributes to new business growth and supports client retention by completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for Europe and Asia clients and prospects.

• Own end-to-end delivery of RFIs, RFPs and DDQs, ensuring high‑quality, accurate and timely responses that comply with internal standards and external requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate kick‑off calls to review request requirements and understand client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Performance Analytics, Product, ESG, Operations, Risk, Compliance and third‑party partners to craft compelling content that articulates the investment philosophy and process across CG strategies.
