RFP / Government Contracting Specialist — Remote

Company Overview

Our client bids on and wins US state and federal government contracts . This role supports the client’s contracting strategy by owning the bid execution process, maintaining compliance, and improving throughput and quality over time.

Your Role

As an RFP / Government Contracting Specialist , you’ll run government proposal submissions from intake through final submission. This is not a “fill in the blanks” role—you’ll own deadlines, formats, and compliance requirements; coordinate internal stakeholders; and write/assemble proposals that respond directly to government evaluation criteria.

You’ll partner closely with internal teams to gather accurate inputs, shape clear answers, and continuously improve the process so the client gets faster and more consistent over time.
