The Rewinder Operator safely and efficiently operates rewind equipment to convert printed rolls into finished products that meet precise customer and company specifications. This role serves as the final quality checkpoint in the production process, requiring strong attention to detail, solid mathematical skills, and a consistent focus on accuracy, productivity, and waste reduction.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate rewind machinery to convert printed rolls into finished products in accordance with job specifications and company standards.
+ Set up and adjust rewind blades to achieve precise slit widths and correct finished roll dimensions.
+ Read, interpret, and verify job tickets and work orders to ensure all product specifications are accurate before and during production.
