Job Title: Rewind / Slitter Operator - Paper ConvertingLocation: Lancaster / Depew, NYEmployment Type: Contract to Hire (Direct may be considered)Industry: PrintingCompensation: $21/hr+ DOESchedule: 3rd shift (w/occasional OT). 3rd 12am - 8am. Train on 1st shift ( 8am - 4pm) until ready to move over.
About the Opportunity:The Rewinder / Slitter Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining rewinding machinery to convert large rolls of paper into smaller, finished rolls according to customer specifications. This role ensures product quality, accurate measurements, and efficient production while following all safety and operational guidelines.
