Job Description

The Rewards Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of compensation and benefits programs globally. The role contributes to ensuring that reward practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategy.

Your Main Tasks Include

• Support the development of compensation and benefits processes;
• Prepare and analyze compensation data, reports, and design dashboards;
• Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external salary and benefits data;
• Assist in the preparation of reward proposals, presentations, and management materials;
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory standards;
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders on reward-related topics;
