Location: We happy for candidates shortlisted to work from in a hyrbid environment from any of the NECSWS offices across the UK if they live 25miles from an office location. If your location is beyond 25miles from an office, your work location would be homebased. 
Experienced Revenues / Recovery Staff
Working within the busy area of the Revenues & Benefits department you will be involved in telephony and processing of all Council tax and Recovery changes, following the procedures given and working to KPI’s with excellent accuracy at all times.
Main Responsibilities
To deal directly with customers of the service via letter, email and telephone to ensure delivery against the service contractual requirements affording excellent customer service at all times.
