Revenue Growth Manager (RGM)

ROLE PURPOSE

We're looking for a commercially minded Revenue Growth Manager to join our Strategy & Insights team and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable, profitable growth across our business. This is a highly strategic role where you'll transform commercial, customer and consumer insights into actionable recommendations that optimise pricing, promotions, trade investment, portfolio and channel performance. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial and Finance, you'll influence key business decisions that strengthen profitability and long-term value creation.
